This 19-Year-Old Man is Now Suing Police After Had His Guns Confiscated for One Baffling Reason

A 19-year-old Massachusetts man is suing the town of Dighton and the police chief for taking away his 2nd amendment rights.  Not only did the police confiscate all of his guns and take his firearms identification card, but they did it for one of the most ridiculous reasons imaginable.  Because they questioned his maturity. The Taunton Gazette has reported that Matthew P. Plouffe has filed a lawsuit that calls for the return of his guns, his identification card, and calls for the payment of Plouffe’s attorney fees. So why did the police take Plouffe’s guns which included two pump-action shotguns, 10 rounds of rifle ammunition, five rounds of shotgun ammunition, a muzzle-loading black powder rifle, a 28-inch shotgun barrel, a box of black powder bullets and other accessories and tamper-resistant locks?
