Castle Doctrine, Stand Your Ground and domestic violence

In the wake of the Trayvon Martin shooting, the anti-gun groups' sudden number one priority is repealing Stand Your Ground laws in the twenty-five or so states that have them, and stopping any other states from adopting such a law. Actually, some of the vitriol directed against Stand Your Ground is coming from groups for whom anti-gun activism is not their raison d'etre (even if it does tend to be a frequent priority for them).
