Beheading in London proves importance of 2nd Amendment, right to carry

On May 22, 2013, two radicalized Muslims terrorized the citizens of Woolwich when they brazenly attacked and killed a British soldier in the middle of the afternoon on a busy city street. Surrounded by eyewitnesses and passer-byes, the attackers brutally hacked the soldier to death with butcher knives and meat cleavers, beheading him in the end. After the attack, his hands dripping with blood and still holding a knife, one of the attackers approached an eyewitness with a camera and proceeded to explain his motives in a rant about how this terror attack was retribution for British soldiers killing Muslims in the Middle East, and how Muslims should exact “an eye for an eye” in revenge.
